I’m an executive and leadership coach who works with nonprofit executives and senior leaders who want to lead with greater clarity, confidence, and impact. I bring a practical, grounded coaching style shaped by decades of experience as a healthcare and nonprofit executive, strategist, and board leader. I understand the complexity of leading mission-driven organizations—balancing vision and execution, supporting people while maintaining accountability, and making thoughtful decisions in environments where the stakes are high and resources can be limited.

I served as COO at Volunteers of America Michigan and spent 20 years at Henry Ford Health, where I held leadership roles in strategy, organizational development, and leadership development, including Vice President of Strategy & Planning. I also am active on two local non-profit Boards, ACESS and Gesher Human Services. I achieved my Executive Coaching certification in 2026, which has been a career goal for many years now. I am certified as a Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) practitioner and integrate that behavioral assessment results into my coaching to help individuals better understand their preferences, their communication, leadership, and conflict style, among many other applications.

I especially enjoy partnering with leaders who are navigating growth, change, or expanded responsibility and want to lead in a way that is both effective and authentic. In addition to coaching established leaders, I also love coaching young professionals, mid-career professionals, and high potential professionals. It’s truly an honor to have coaching clients trust me with their career journeys, pivots, successes, failures, aspirations, and more.

Option 2: Twelve coaching session package includes all of the above with more in-depth approaches and more sessions on Application and Follow-up & Adjust.

Option 3: On-Demand Coaching is a single session booking option if you have an immediate challenge to address.
